I'm Melanie. I live in beautiful Norfolk and have three grown-up children and three adorable grandchildren. I cherish our family time....I enjoy yoga, live music and taking long walks in the countryside.

I'm a qualified Homeopath since 1999, and working in natural health for more than 25 years has led me to want to empower women to reclaim their health through the transformative power of fasting.
